Rental Rates
Jan 02 until Apr 02, 2010............................$5,950 per week
Apr 03 until Apr 09, 2010............................$6,950 per week
Apr 10 until Nov 19, 2010............................$3,950 per week
Nov 20 until Nov 26, 2010............................$6,950 per week
Nov 27 until Dec 17, 2010...........................$4,950 per week
Dec 18 until Jan 02, 2011...........................$9,950 per week
10% local taxes will be added to the rental rates. The reservation deposit is 35% of rental rate and the rental balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of rental.
Security deposit - $1000 payable with the balance and refunded within 14 days of the end of the rental.
Arrival time - after 4pm. Departure time - before 10am.
No smoking is allowed inside our home.
