Rental Rates
Apr 14 until Nov 16, 2012.............................$2,995 per week
Nov 17 until Nov 23, 2012.............................$6,995 per week
Nov 24 until Dec 21, 2012............................$3,995 per week
Dec 22 until Jan 4, 2013..............................$9,995 per week
Jan 5 until Mar 15, 2013..............................$3,995 per week
Mar 16 until Apr 19, 2013............................$4,995 per week
A $250 cleaning/laundry fee and 10% local taxes are additional.
The reservation deposit is 35% of the total and the balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of rental.
The $1000 security deposit is held on a debit/credit card pre-authorisation and is released at the end of rental.
Arrival time - after 4pm. Departure time - before 10am.
No smoking is allowed inside our home.
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards with no surcharge, Visa and MasterCard credit cards with a 2% surcharge and American Express cards with a 3% surcharge:
