Welcome to the fabulous, exclusive Marco Island and Naples area, renowned for its beautiful beaches, tropical scenery and the warmest winter climate in Florida. Our sumptuous mansion is situated in the prestigious, up-market Marco Beach area of Marco Island, one of the most beautiful and impressive localities in South West Florida. Marco Beach is a very exclusive, private and opulent residence containing numerous multi-million dollar homes with quick, direct water access to the Gulf of Mexico and only a short walk to the gorgeous powder sand of Tigertail Beach. The Plantation is set in a private, prime, south-facing, cul-de-sac location beautifully positioned to catch the breathtaking, tropical sunrises. The Boat Dock around which dolphins and shoals of tropical fish can be seen; the fantastic 360º view from the roof Sky-Deck; the large, Private, Heatable Pool (36ft x 15ft), the heatable 8 Seat Spa and the mansion’s huge 7000 sq ft floor area (4200 sq ft air conditioned) and 20ft high ceilings are all absolutely stunning. The quiet, mid cul-de-sac location and lush tropical gardens ensures that the pool and lanai area are very discrete and private and are ideal for families and children.
Our grand mansion can to sleep up to 16 adults and children and 1 infant, has 6 Bedrooms (including 4 Master Suites), 6 Bathrooms and is beautifully decorated with custom drapes, tropical prints and pictures, and numerous silk plants. Our new dock is available to you, so bring your own boat or jet-ski or rent one from our local marina and explore the fabulous ‘Ten Thousand Islands’ and Cruise for Lunch or Dinner at one of the gorgeous waterside restaurants on Marco Island or Naples. Complimentary high speed, Wireless Internet access is available, the living room has a 47 inch LCD, High Definition TV with a cable TV receiver and there are TVs in all the bedrooms.
We have put a lot of thought and work into making our vacation home as sumptuous and as comfortable as possible and we do hope that you will decide to stay. Please note that our mansion is our family's much loved, private vacation home. We are not travel agents or tour operators nor do we own any other US vacation rental properties and our beautiful mansion is, most certainly, not a Florida rental unit. All guests are supplied in advance with a copy of our very detailed ‘Book of the House’ that contains comprehensive information and advice to make your vacation even more enjoyable
The Location
The Plantation is situated in the prestigious Marco Beach area of Marco Island, South Naples, in Collier County on the glorious South West Gulf Coast of Florida. It is close to the US41 “Tamiami Trail” and the SR951 that gives easy access to the Interstate 75 with Miami being 1.5 hours drive, Tampa 2.5 hours and Orlando/Disneyworld 3 hours. The South West Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is just 40 minutes away and downtown Naples an easy 15 minute drive. The beautiful Captiva and Sanibel Islands and the Everglades National Park are all within easy reach.
