Our grand mansion can to sleep up to
17 adults and children, has 6 Bedrooms (including
4 Master Suites), 6 Bathrooms and is beautifully
decorated with custom drapes, tropical prints and pictures, and numerous silk
plants. Our dock is available to you, so bring your own boat/jet-ski or rent a
boat from one of our local marinas and explore the fabulous ‘Ten Thousand
Islands’ and Cruise for Lunch or Dinner at
one of the gorgeous waterside restaurants on Marco Island or Naples. If you are planning a special function, reception or buffet
or looking for a Romantic Honeymoon
Destination, our mansion would make a stunning, unique venue. Private
catering and entertainment can be arranged.
All guests are supplied in
advance with a copy of our detailed ‘Book of the House’ that contains
comprehensive information and advice to make your vacation even more enjoyable.
We have put a lot of
thought and work into making our vacation home as sumptuous and as comfortable
as possible and we do hope that you will decide to stay. Please note that our mansion is our family's much loved
private home. We are not travel agents or tour operators nor do we own any
other US vacation rental properties and our beautiful mansion is, most
certainly, not a Florida rental unit.

The Facilities
Dual air conditioning plants supply filtered,
cooled air and will also feed warm air on the occasional winter day when that
may be required. Adjustable interior and lanai ceiling fans and Venetian blinds
at the majority of the windows provide further cooling. The pool and spa, which
can be heated by their own electric heat pump, have full, state of the art,
Jandy Aqualink controls and romantic underwater lighting. The large 70ft x 21ft
dock has extensive white UPVC decking, full power and phone connections, a
fishing cleaning table and is ideal for sunbathing and fishing. Domestic hot
water is provided by a large electric storage heater in the garage. The 3-car
garage has 2 separate powered doors controlled from within the garage. In the
living room there is a large screen, digital cable TV with 300 channels of
video and music and a DVD/CD player with a selection of movies for your
enjoyment. There are a number of

The Leisure Activities
Golf is available nearby at the
beautiful, world class Lely Flamingo and Mustang championship courses, designed
by Robert Trent Jones Snr and Lee Trevino. The 20,000
sq ft clubhouse has full
restaurant and bar facilities and a very well stocked golf pro shop. Club and
shoe hire, tuition and a full golf driving range are also available. There are
also numerous other golf courses within an easy drive and tennis is available
nearby on the island. The area is renowned for its wide range of water sports.
Short or long term power boat rental can easily be arranged at Rose Marina for cruising
around the gorgeous ‘Ten Thousand Islands’ and you can moor your boat to our
dock. The beautiful Tigertail beach is a short walk away and has a café,
board-walks through the mangroves, children’s playground and beach cabana
rental. Excellent fishing is also available from our dock.
The Places of Interest
The Wildlife
Whilst relaxing on the lanai you can watch for manatees, dolphins and numerous varieties of fish in the waterway around the dock. You will frequently see golden eagles, frigate-birds, ospreys, anhinga, dippers, pelicans, turkey vultures, buzzards, grackles, herons and different varieties of the egret family.

The Conditions
A $250 cleaning and laundry charge and
10% Florida sales and tourist tax are additional.
The reservation deposit is 35% of rental rate and the rental balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of rental.
The security deposit is $1000.
Minimum rental - 7 nights; normally Saturday to Saturday only.
Arrival time - after 4pm. Departure time - before 10am.
No smoking is allowed inside our home.
Pets will be considered on application
at $100 each per week.
The Payment Methods
Payment is accepted by debit card (no
surcharge), credit card (2% surcharge) or Amex card (3% surcharge).
The Inclusive Items
Electricity, water supply, waste water disposal, house cleaning and towel/linen change at the end of rental, pool and spa heating, all local phone calls, all digital cable TV channels except pay to view, wireless broadband internet access, use of all linens towels cutlery and crockery, weekly lawn and garden maintenance, weekly pool and spa cleaning and maintenance, bi-monthly exterior pesticide treatment.
